My goal with each treatment is to reduce pain & stress and improve overall well being. I enjoy focusing on trigger point release, mobility work, deep tissue and general relaxation. I plan on taking many continuing education courses to add to my practice. Outside of massage therapy you can find me with my dog enjoying the outdoors, traveling, camping, and fishing.
